program overview
An accelerated training program for individuals with food service experience seeking to advance their careers - complete the program in as few as fourteen weeks, or take up to a full year to complete the program.
Instruction is delivered in an online web-based format of 270 clock hours that meets the standards of the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP). This is an ANFP approved program for those wishing to become Certified Dietary Managers.

It is recommended that program applicants have experience in, and be pursuing careers for, dietary programs in healthcare related facilities.
